First Female Governor

On November 4, 1925, Nellie Tayloe Ross was the first female to be elected as a governor (Wyoming) in the United States. She paved the way for so many other women in politics.

Being in this new position may have been stress for Nellie. Here are some breathing exercises that may have helped with being calm.
