How people use a mindfulness calendar.

Western psychology has developed therapeutic mindfulness-based applications to help people. First, mindfulness is used to reduce depression, stress, and anxiety. Third, awareness-based practice may help in healthy aging weight or management. Finally, we see that present-moment awareness can help athletic performance, children with special needs, and during life transitions.
