The average human body has between 30 and 40 TRILLION cells, all working in concert. Each of these cells is a sensory and intelligent organ responding in realtime to its environment. How might we understand new forms of knowing, wisdom, and creativity if we engage our bodies in presencing and mindfulness. Getting into our bodies for even a couple minutes throughout the day increases circulation, activates our cells, and may leave us with more energy than when we started.
